“ I was encouraged by my wife to go and see Brigitte after I had observed the tremendous weight loss that she had achieved in the time that she had been a client of Brigitte, I was very impressed by the big change in my wife’s appearance and her improved attitude to life, that I thought maybe I should see if she could do anything for me.

This is all thanks to Brigitte’s encouragement and praise, and of course my hard work, as I have stuck religiously to the diet sheet she set me and have never cheated, not once, and I always do the required exercise every day, either a one hour walk, or one hour on the exercise bike plus the floor exercises and the dumb bells.
