Personal Training

I have a range of packages to help you achieve your fitness goals, lose  weight and fat  while gaining muscle. I design your personalised training programme and we update it anytime is required. You also get nutrition advice, based on your needs and goals. Depending on your goals, together we set up targets and make sure you reach them.

I will train you in my private home studio located in Manly. I also have access to the Gulf Harbour Country Club. For those of you who live in the Hibiscus Coast area, I am able to come to your place as well and train you in the peace of your own home.

Your assestment includes fitness and health history, blood pressure measurement, anthropometric measurements, goals setting. 

Your personalized training program is based on:
  • A complete fitness analysis 
(blood pressure measurement, anthropometric and body composition measurement- height, weight, body fat, BMI- resting heart rate, aerobic tests, flexibility tests) 

  • Goals setting and specific targets to be met 


  • Periodic fitness reports
